Who we are

EVergreen is a sports-betting information app that surfaces odds and expected-value analysis and lets you track your own bets. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: support@evergreenbets.app.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in (via a one-time link/code) and to sync your data across devices.
• Your activity: the bets, parlays, and picks you choose to track or tail, your profile/handle, and comments you post.
• Subscription: your Premium entitlement and status. Payments are processed by our payment providers — we never receive or store your full card number.
• Identifiers:an account ID we assign you, and the app-level identifier Apple and RevenueCat use to attach an In-App Purchase to your account. We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• Usage & device: basic technical data (app version, device type, IP-derived region) to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the app — sign-in, syncing your tracked bets, computing your P&L and CLV, granting Premium features, keeping the community safe, and fixing problems. We do not sellyour personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers we share with

We use trusted processors to run the app; they handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (your account and tracked data).
• Stripe — web subscription payments.
• Apple & RevenueCat — In-App Purchases and subscription status on iOS.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• The Odds API — provides odds data to the app; we send it no personal information.

Data retention & your controls

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings— deletion is immediate and irreversible. You may also request access to or correction of your data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data — including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objecting to certain processing. Contact us and we'll honor them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to your own account by database security rules, and payment card details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

EVergreen is for adults. You must be at least 17 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.

Responsible gambling

EVergreen provides information only and does not take wagers. Bet responsibly and only where legal in your jurisdiction. If gambling is a problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
